When I took on the role of Package Team Leader I had some changes I wanted to make. One was to change the way we get feedback. This was changed from a feedback thread to a feedback form to simplify the process.
The other was to change the posting package service which I am announcing today.
We have done away with the set packages and instead gone for a new way of doing things which is increments of 10 posts and threads up to a maximum of 60 per request. This is a bit higher than the biggest package we had.
If you own a blog you can get blog comments up to a maximum of 15 comments per request. A bit higher than the previous blog comments package.
We may increase these limits but we want to see how things go.
While you can no longer specifically ask for a specific staff member my private messages box is open for discussion on a case by case basis. You can specify an area for our team to do the posting in but if we can't commit to posting the required posts in the specific section I will discuss this with you.
The amount of staff that will work on your package will depend on the amount of posts/threads you request.
Until the end of the month if you use the discount code: newpackageservice you will get half price of your package requests.

All packages now have a wait time of 25 days which is a significant change to the wait time that was set for the previous largest package.
We are restarting the cool down periods so everyone is able to request a package even if they've had one completed recently.
