The Most Bad Ass Action movie

So i would like to hear anyones opinion on who or what is the most bad ass action movie/character. Now though generic i have to vote for Clive Owens in Shoot em' up. I watched that movie a couple of weeks ago and it was AMAZING
please give me your opinion

I can agree with Kill Bill with the Crazy 88 Fight Scene but have you Seen Shoot Em' Up... the Sex Battle Scene, The one where is in the Gunnery place and killing people with strings on guns and crap, the Flying through Air Battle Scene, The Karrot Right through the Guys eye, the entire movie was like the crazy 88 battle scene

"Frank Martin", from The Transporter(2002) and Transporter 2(2005)

"John McClane", from the "Die Hard" films

"John Rambo", from the "Rambo" films

Yeah, I'd say Kill Bill was probably the best action movie I have seen.
