Which M&M's do you like best?
Originally started out as the front line call center for accounts such as login issues, payment, etc. Then moved to the products team handling things such as Virtual Terminal, Card Reader, and website integration. Eventually was trained in their limitations and disputes teams so I could handle all contacts that came in except debit card stuff.
Caramel M&M's are top tier for me.
It was nice for a while for sure. Over the course of time I lost a lot of interest and heart in it and when we got sent to work from home for over a year due to the pandemic I really lost heart in it and had to get a new job. Now I am in an IT Help Desk field so I do IT based support for employees in the company rather than being a call center agent.
