TLC+ - Renaming points to what?

The Lovinity Community+ has a rewards system for its members in the form of "points". Users can earn points for being active and can then spand points on different things.

My issue is I personally don't feel the term "points" fits the idea well; usually points are more of a scoring system rather than what it really is on TLC+: a virtual currency.

So I would like your thoughts on first off, whether or not you agree it should be called something other than "points", and secondly, what you think it should be called. A poll is attached for you to vote on a few ideas. You can vote for a maximum of 2 items. If you have an idea that is not in the poll, please let me know and I'll add it as an option.

I have a poll similar to this up on TLC+, but the problem is there is no clear winner... and there aren't really any more active members whom I'd expect to vote to break the scenario. That is why I'm taking it here to FP.

I've voted already lol. But in my opinion, I really like the idea of credits. It sounds really cool to me.

You know I was actually thinking about that but I'm coming up dry. Only thing I can really come up with is Karma, but the problem is Karma wouldn't fit a virtual currency... that's more a term to use for reputation. ...maybe "hearts"? But then again, that's a ton of hearts people can earn lol. One of my members would have over 10,000 hearts 😛 .
Hmm... maybe "nectar"? ...or "Rays" (rays of light)?

Anyone with some ideas?

That's not a bad idea actually, especially since there's a distinct difference between "points" and "gift points". So maybe "points", which is what you can actually use and spend on things, can be called "Yin". And "gift points", which can only be used for giving to other members (which then become regular points for them that they can spend on things), could be "Yang".

EDIT: Sorry other way around. Spending points would be yang, giving points would be yin.

Thoughts?

So I went ahead with Yin and Yang as the virtual currency, even though credits had the highest votes. Reason being is I was looking for two key things:

1) Uniqueness
2) Ability to differentiate between currency you spend and currency you give to others

Credits was a nice, popular term commonly used for virtual currency. Many people like it, but it unfortunately isn't very unique since it's a popular term. In addition, I can't easily use the term credits in such a way I differentiate between currency to spend and currency to give (without tagging something like "gift" at the beginning for credits you give... like it was originally for points).

However with YinYang, not only is it unique and I haven't heard it used as a virtual currency, but it represents something cool in Chinese philosophy. Not to mention, since YinYang is two different terms complimentary of each other, I could use Yang to describe spendable currency, and Yin for currency to give others.
