Who do you think are the top 5 managers in the barclays premiership?

Good Question, it's hard to give a definate answer seeing as there have been several changes in the Premiership Management recently.

However, in my opinion i'd say:

1) arsene wenger
2) Alex Ferguson
3) Sven-Göran Eriksson
4) Rafael Benitez
5) Harry Redknapp

Ooo.

I would disagree on 1 of yours and its not because I am an evertonian.
I think Moyes is a better manager than benitez and redknapp. Look what he has done at everton and the players he has developed. (and the two managers of the years in 5 years) ~lol~

I'd have to put martin o'neill in there - the guys a legend..

Regards Jason 🙂

Grant is actually not doing bad, i couldn't believe it when we got him, but he's doing a good job!

Yes it is. Take England for example. Half the england team IS Chelsea yet what did we win. Nothing. We didn't even qualify.

I think that was more Mclaren's fault as i am sure any other manager would have got us through that. He doesn't see to be the best manager at motivating players to play well.

Mclaren... I think that was his fault we didn't qualify as he doesn't seem to motivate the players well and if we have a manager who gets the best out of the players then England would have qualified. Most other managers would provide more motivation then him as he always seemed to laid back.

We'll do fine with Capello.

We have the players on the national side, all you need to do is (as you've mentioned) see how the Chelsea team play, and look at the key playmakers: Wright-phillips, Lampard, Joe Cole, Terry, Ashley Cole.

Worlds cup 2010 here we come! ~cheesey_grin~

... ~neutral~

I think we will be fine with capello.

But if we do win world cup in 2010 capello will be 65/66 and I think its 17m if he wins it. What a retirement he will have -lol-
