They are certainly checking all the boxes here. Beast wars is one of the most beloved franchises in all transformers. The transformations are greatly simplified but yet still believable. You can tell that Optimus transforms almost exactly as he did in the cartoon.

Trailer looks cool. I love the person who voices Optimus Prime as he's done it for years AND is the voice of Eeyore in Winnie the Pooh.

I felt the trailer was rather bland. Only the ratings will show if it's worth watching or not.
