im not sure if it keeps track of your IP address, i cant vote, if you wanted to check the vote number before you voted again ill change my first post if it keeps counting votes

At this moment in time I am at my uncle's house; which means that I have a different IP address. I have voted on both top sites. I shall also attempt to vote when I am home once again and I shall let you know.
