I haven't touched my Twitter account in a while and plan on utilizing it again. I'm curious, who do you follow that you find very entertaining? Bonus points if they are of individuals that post updates that are motivational, thought-provoking, and/or humorous!

Twitter is better at suggesting whom to follow. Spend some time on Twitter and choose the type of topics you like ( they will ask you almost every day). Based on that you will get automatic suggestions. All you have to do is use Twitter for a fortnight or so.
I'm not active however I do read news and tweets as often as I can 🙂 Like what's news in the world and whatnot. I do follow accounts but not often, once in a blue moon. The only time I follow is if you entering a giveaway and you are required to follow 😛
Follow people that have similar interests and you will usually get content that you like as well when they retweet or like stuff. I tend to follow friends and a few companies that post interesting stuff - PlayStation, Ladbible, Netflix etc.

I made one for my forum, only one I have but never bothered with it, kind of forgot about it really. So I don't follow anyone or really would.
I used Twitter to promote my forum once, but gave it to due to character limitations. We rarely have anything overly major to announce, but it does happen, and when it does we'd like to be able to have adequate room for the whole announcement
