Two Staff Ranks ~600 FP Cash +Rep~ (or +Rep for trying)

Okay, simple. I need two Staff Rank Tags. They need to be amazing. 600FP Cash will go to the winner, but everyone who tries will get Rep from me.

One Staff Rank called "Chairman" and one called "Founder"

The colors need to be fitted for a theme like this one.

That will NOT be the theme I will be using, however, our theme will consist of dark shaded colors, especially black and some crimson red.

Awesome text effects for "Chairman", and pretty cool effects for "Founder", though Chairman should stand out more. And any distinguishing images added to these Staff Ranks will further add to my interest.

As for the style, I would prefer a circular edged staff rank bar instead of a full rectangular one.

Alright, I'll give a good example of something I'd like...

This was made by karkooshy for darthmaul. And I drooled over it.

Something like that would be literally PERFECT. I actually PM'd karkooshy about it the other day, but wussed out since I was saving up FP Cash.

However, I also don't wanna be copying karkooshy's stuff in the least. But something similar to that is perfection. Especially with how he fitted the crown on it.

however for ranks I do prefer the ones I made earlier...
