Hi and thanks. It's only for the first post. The ONLY reason we validate the first post of new members is to keep the spammers at bay. You'd be amazed at the number of spam accounts we get. Mostly BOTS that auto register, fill their profile with spam and post more spam. Validating the FIRST post of a new member helps us to ensure that it is a real member and not a SPAM BOT.
