I only want text and image on the left as having dynamic php script on the right like this

I want the text to be 'Movie Planet' and an image to match the theme of the board or genre. You're the designer so you design how you want it.

Would do it myself but my current to do list is full as it is and need this asap.

If I like it and feel you have done a good userbar I will pay extra.

Also would like a possible gradient if possible.
