This is an easy banner design! I have uploaded the photo (banner.jpg) that I want in the banner. The problem I have is making water appear above the fish. You can see my attempt of what I am trying to do by looking at the project picture.
I need this design to mainly focus on the fish that is in the banner pic and the immediate surroundings. I would like water above the fish. Should be easy for the right photoshop guy. I will want the psd file also. Looking to pay the winner fast.
Need the banner to be 900x280. Will pay via paypal $5 to the winner. Need this done quickly!

No. I am wanting the fish and its surrounding that is in the banner pic. That is the only fish I want. Please crop that area like I did. Right above it I want water but the water will be underneath like mine. 😉

So far this what I'm getting.
You want me to use your Banner Pic
You want me to focus on the fish and the surroundings..
What I don't get is when you say that you want the water above the fish.. The fish is already inside water so you want the water above it by taking it out? Or do you want something like separate water above the fish.. I'm confused.
It sounds easy so far.. its just the part where you say water above the fish. I can finish the job, as long as you specify a bit clearer.

Sorry for the confusion. You are right. If you look at my attempt at it in the project pic. I basically want the surrounding above the fish to fade off in the water. In another words, there is too much surroundings and not enough open water. Does that make since?
