Reward Walrus is a growing mobile rewards app where users earn coins through surveys, offer walls, games, referrals, and other engagement features.

I’m looking for someone who may be interested in helping with the ongoing growth and community side of the app. This is currently not a paid position, but it could develop into a long-term paid or revenue-sharing opportunity as the platform grows and the right person proves to be a good fit.

Possible responsibilities may include:
  • Helping respond to basic user support tickets
  • Monitoring user feedback and reporting common issues
  • Helping plan and schedule leaderboard events
  • Coming up with creative ideas to improve retention and engagement
  • Helping write announcements, updates, and push notification ideas
  • Suggesting new events, bonuses, or reward campaigns
  • Helping make the app feel active, trustworthy, and community-driven
Ideal person:
  • Friendly and professional with users
  • Creative and interested in mobile apps, rewards apps, or online communities
  • Reliable and consistent
  • Able to communicate clearly
  • Comfortable starting small and growing with the project
  • Interested in helping shape a young platform over time
Important note:

This would start as a volunteer/helper role with limited access and responsibilities. If the partnership works well over time, we can discuss a more official arrangement, including possible bonuses, paid work, revenue share, or another long-term structure.
