Want to Hire a Forum Designer

Hello, I'd like to hire a forum designer to design an IPB layout. I'd like to work out some kind of trade with advertising space or domains.

I don't know if I am interested or not, but I will consider this. However, I'd like to hear more details.

First off, are we looking at just making a concept, or do we need to actually code it as well? What exactly will the payment (or in the case, the trade) be? When do you need this by? What kind of skin are you looking for? Forum genre? Etc.

Thank you for your interest, unfortunately I am no longer in need for a designer as I am selling my IPB license for some much needed cash. If you know anyone who may be interested on picking up a really cheap license let me know!
