Want to know about Fetch as Google for Large website

Some of ecommerce websites are having more than lakhs of products.Each products having the separate inner pages.So is this not possible to give the Fetch as Google to all the inner pages URL in Google Webmaster account manually? Is there any automatic tool or software for website which are having 1,00,000 inner pages for submit the fetch as Google.

You can rank the category pages of the website. This will help to reach out to the product pages directly through Google searches.

I would suggest you three things to do, first Fetch as Google and submit to index, second update your ror, url-list, HTML and XML sitemap and third make some backlinks and wait for some time to view the effect.
