According to Wappalyzer, this is a breakdown of which forum software are the most used, do bear in mind though that it seems to miscategorise a lot of Blackboard / Moodle instances as MyBB when they're not.
If you're not familiar with Discuz, it's basically a Chinese vB, it's been translated into English, but I'm not aware of any English speaking sites which run it, but it does have a lot of social functionality, as far as I know.
