I also heard of Foopets, another large forum that had a lot of roleplay, shut down its roleplaying boards a couple months ago. I'd like to take this opportunity for anyone using that site who used to roleplay on it that we have a multi-roleplay area similar to their former one where anyone could roleplay anything they like {provided it does not have inappropriate content!}:
I really can't believe that you have multiple millions of posts with only twenty thousand members. That's not to say that twenty million members is a small base of members, of course; it's just that your post to member ratio is stunning. 🙂
I keep loose track of our post to member ratio over time, I know it is very high, higher than most forums. I am not sure why but it is just about exactly the same as it was a year ago {when I first started keeping track}. I think RPGs tend to have high post to member.
It also rises during the summer for me. Summer is our most active time.
