WHYI now requires all clients registered with our "Free Hosting" package to place a linkback to http://www.wehostyour.info or place a logo that redirects back to us. Everyone may be asking; "Why?". The reason behind this is to provide us with "traffic" in return for offering free hosting to our clients. We believe this will benefit us for offering a free package.

Some may be wondering "What happens if I deny adding a linkback on my website?"

-The consequence for not adding a linkback on your site within 1 week of this email being sent out will result in an account being suspended. If an account is suspended due to a linkback not being placed, you may contact us to get your site turned back online and you will have 24 hours from the time your account was reinstated to get the linkback placed. Failure to place a linkback after we have already given the chance to add it will result in a suspension due to violation of Terms Of Service and the client will be required to pay the fee of $5.00 (Stated in our TOS) to get the account reactivated.

But your forcing ads as your getting the free hosters to provide a link back to your website. And you say no back links required?

Dear All Clients,

By the end of this month, we will be switching dedicated server providers and we will be replacing the dedicated server that we are currently running on. We will be placed on a server with the following:

Intel Dual Core Xeon 3110
500GB SATA Hard Drive\
4GB Memory
Windows 2003 Standard 64Bit
cPanel/WHM VPS License
Fully Managed & Monitored
Unlimited SSL Certificates
100% Uptime Guaranteed SLA



The server will be more stable than the one we are currently using and has more features than this one. Xeon is more powerful then Core2Duo.

All the data/files will be transferred by our provider and should only take a few days to complete. During this process, our hosting/game server will be unstable and possibly going offline and online. Please do not report these issues to us as we will already be aware of the issue.

To Hosting Clients:

Although there should be no data loss, we advice that everyone backup their sites daily until we announce that we are starting the transfer. Anyone that does not get a backup of their site will have a slight risk of data loss just in case there should be something go wrong with the transfer. We will not be responsible for anyone that loses any information due to not getting backups. During the process, we advise everyone to turn their websites into offline mode.

We will keep everyone updated as we get more information.

He had no legal copyrights for the design. He had everything online available to be downloaded. He sent in a "fake" DMCA report to my provider and my provider (CertoHost.com) was too stupid to know how DMCA reports were dealt with so I got my money back and they terminated my account. I'm done dealing with dumb people.
 
I may end up opening a new hosting company later on down the road, or I may just get a job working with one. I'm currently looking for something to do.

Hello,

We do understand how a DMCA works. We simply received a complaint from our upstream provider that you had infringed documents on our network so we informed you of the same. After a continuing argue saying that we or our upstream provider didn't understand what a DMCA means you then proceeded to cancel your services and request a refund which was sent as requested. We did contact our provider and said that there is no evidence that the content is copyrighted and we never received a response. All in all I think there was a misunderstanding a over-reaction over the whole issue. However, these things happen!
