What Anti-Virus do you use?

Kaspersky is what I got for free with one of the computers we have in our house, (I think my dad's), but we aren't going to use any of that Kaspersky crap, mainly because we don't trust it. Spybot; Search and Destroy malware and spyware remover, and Avast are pretty much the things we trust most. AVG, too. Avast is better, though. I'm waiting to switch to Avast sometime soon, currently using AVG.

You know, this Kaspersky thing is really nice. It updates several times per day, it uses some logic also, hard to explain, but this program is really smart.
It uses different methods which other antivirus software are not using at all and this makes Kaspersky very secure.
I had AVG just few weeks ago and it was such a pain, same story with Avast. They never detected my hidden viruses I had, Kaspersky handled with them and now I can use my computer normally again. (Had some very nasty viruses...)

Ouch, but I don't know whether to trust it. All of my computers have been running fine and I've always been using Spybot and AVG, sometimes I didn't even have an anti-virus. I'll just call Spybot a anti-virus because it works great and you can trust it really well, all though it is a spyware and malware remover.

Kaspersky is one of the biggest and best anti virus makers out there right now. It is also the anti virus I suggest to anyone who is wanting to pay for an anti virus.

Lets see I have McAfee and Malaybytes... I have never got a virus as far as Malaybytes can tell.

I use Avast. I used NOD32 for a couple years, and it's still my favorite antivirus, but I just had other things I needed to spend the money on rather than paying to renew my license. Avast is almost as good though - it's really light on resources and has great detection rates. And it's free, which is always a plus.

I have Webroot on my new laptop, first time using it no complaints about it from me yet 😛

I don't use any nor will I use one anytime soon. If I notice anything fishy, I always got HJT.
Just to let you know hijack this is now obsolete. It can be detected by tons of malware and bypassed.

OTL is now the best job for finding suspicious processes.
