Most online banks will have some type of protection/safeguard against your account if for example your computer was ratted and someone else got your information.
In my personal note, I think it's unsafe to engage in online banking since there are a lot of lurkers in the internet that may possibly leak your private information. It needs to give a 100% assurance that their clients are virtually protected on their online transactions. I still prefer transacting the "tangible" bank.
never feel it's safe! Dont know much but i think some low-level hacker could hack into my acc and steal. So dont like it much! But it does useful, so i can not refuse to use it. Still need to be careful though!
I definitely prefer online banking over having to go to the actual bank. That said, I'm still really careful about it since there are risks associated with it.
