That's what I did today, and I also promoted my forum on social media.

Every forum I have bookmarked I've posted on today and I've been getting more visitors than usual. I've had 20+ members online today in the past 3 days, which is pretty good considering it's usually lower than that.

I don't do social media promotion considering I'm not overly fond of it and I think the type of forum I have is better advertised on forums of similar niches.

I updated my forum’s Facebook page with two new posts and shared a few updates on its Twitter and Bluesky accounts. Additionally, I made a few promotional posts on Reddit.

It would probably help my forum flourish to an extent, but I almost feel like I'm anti-social media.

Today I shared my poker wins on social media, and promoted my daily games. Now I'm doing post exchanges, and building backlinks for my forums before I play more poker.

All I have done is feed information on discord, that's it
