What do you think of foroomy's support?

I think their host is awesome but their support is garbage and I'm really getting frustrated.

I've used Foroomy's site before, but I've never had to use their support forum, ticket, email system, whatever, so I can't compliment on that. Other than that they have really good uptime, and well, it's just been a while since I've used that host, as I use PlutoHost now, so I don't really remember my experience with them anymore.

I've just stopped using them, uptime is good, but support is rubbish, you can be waiting over 24hrs for a reply, thanks heavens I found this place.

On a free host with limited control, support is important though as nearly everything is down to the host.

But also Fowler, when you sign up for a free host, you're not buying anything so you can't really complain when you don't get what you signed up for. They're still offering you something free of charge even if they profit out of it 😛

That makes a lot of sense. Even on a free host, you basically get what you pay for in a sense... well, you know what I mean.

Some free hosts do have better support then others though so even though you can't complain, you may aswell go with the better free hosts because support is important on free hosts.

I know support is important on both free hosting and that which comes with Cpanel, but wouldn't support on free hosting be more important? Especially since you can't do much with your forum on a free host to begin with?
