What do you think of Forum Den

At the current time, we are dedicated to providing an easy to use, good looking forum which is dedicated to helping forum owners gain support for their forum as-well as having a place for members to list their forum or blog.

At the moment, we are not adding services, but this may be a possibility in the future, as there will be some unique services being implemented. I (myself) will be doing the implementing of the services (when they come) as-well as other features, while pandaa is making our forum more unique. Details of this are not going to be shared until we finalize everything.

One feature we will be adding which is confirmed will be Forum of the Month, which starts in March. While this isn't unique, we hope to be offering a great prize for the winner.

I'd like to get reviews on the current speed of Forum Den, does it load fast for you?
What do you think of our theme?
Are there enough sections for you?

Is there anything you'd like to see added? We can do pretty much anything with the forum, so if there is anything you'd like to see, do not hesitate to mention it.

That would be my main piece of criticism as well but good to know you are taking care of that.

Everything else looks nice and it loads quickly for me.

I pretty much agree with everyone above, the logo does look stupid in blue against the red theme you need to address this as a priority.

Everything else look really good, i like the red theme, i like the fact you haven't tried to overdo it with your forums, seems to me all you need to do is gain some members and get them posting, job well done.

I agree that our logo doesn't fit in well with our theme, and it is our priority to get this changed as soon as possible. The forum theme we were going to use was in fact going to be blue, which I then changed to the current one before setting up.

Since the logo has now been updated, would anyone else like to give some feedback? Please view more than just the index page. Visit the registration page and see how easy it is to sign up, check out the threads, visit a members profile.

We have also modified the default MyBB reputation to disallow members viewing another members reputation comments. This means you can see how many reputation points a member has in the postbit or their profile, but cannot see who sent them or what comments they left. Staff can in-case of abuse issues.

Post Icons Removed
We have removed the possibility to use a post icon when creating a new thread/reply. I thought it took up space which could go to something else in the future.

New Smileys
We have updated our smilies, which are now a red color. I am still not finished adding more yet, but we have a fair few already installed. I am thinking of adding some more in a lighter shade of red too.

Navigation/Breadcrumb Text Change
We had some issues with our navigation/breadcrumb area when viewing a thread with a long title. This caused the text to break onto a new line. I have now changed the text to show as normal instead of uppercase, so it looks better now.

Facebook and Twitter
It is now possible to add your Facebook and Twitter names into your profile and have the icons displayed under your name in every post you make. Don't worry, if you don't fill these fields in, the icons simply won't show.
