What do you wish to see in a RPG?

So, I'm going to rebuild Milkacrea from start again - rebuilt twice.. now.. third. Milkacrea is a browser-based online RPG game. It have around one hundred users as of now. However, I feel that the game is lacking something. Users are limited to trades and.. Well.. I would like to hear what you wish to see in a RPG. It will also be great if you could provide me information about other RPG you have played. Milkacrea might be incorporating TCG elements to make it more awesome. I may reward people who give me detailed suggestion or information about other game.

RPG's can be fun games.

My issue is level grinding as that can get really old.

If there is too much grind that makes you waste a lot of time on that game, than I don't feel its worth it.
