I think one of the tops is on "Every Breath You Take" by the Police. Basically, it does this little progression all thru, but then it breaks into the part where he says "Since you've gone I've been lost without a trace..". Anyway, the tension builds up and that release is very cool. Does anyone know of others? Can you play them on guitar or some other instrument? Myself, I was learning that one today via alternate tuning, the other way is impossible because of finger stretching.
