My first ever email is a Yahoo mail. I made it when I was in college. It's still active and I've been using it for 13 years now. Just like its search engine, Google has also gained popularity with its email. Gmail rose to popularity and I actually made an account there. I am now using both Yahoo mail and Gmail. Both are user friendly to me, very easy to use. They also provide good services. I have no complaints at all. I just hope that they both upgrade their maximum file size for uploads. How about you? Of course my first email was also yahoo mail because I am 25 now 🙁
I created it because I was very curious about the internet and many things in it.
Way back when I was a kid I used Gmail, now days I use Tutanota with my own domain name. I also have a protonmail account for some stuff. I need the extra privacy these days. Too many people harassing me and trying to brute their way into my emails.
It was almost 11 to 12 years ago and my first email I created was Yahoo (we all used yahoo lol). It was in a public online access centre and ever since I had it I been getting emails.

We recently learned about their data breach, sadly the lawyers told me they aren't adding any other parties to the lawsuit at this time, sad because that would of been free tea-money.
Hotmail was my very first email that I created using the computer in the testing lab in the office. Internet was not that popular yet and I think I was one of the first in my circle to have an email. I used it to communicate with a relative in the US. However, emailing was very inconvenient since the internet access was too slow and it usually takes time out. When Yahoo became popular, I shifted my allegiance.
