What is your Job / or Profession?

I'm a projectionist at my movie theatre..I'm the dude who gets the movies on the big screen and the audio working correctly - and usually the dude who you yell at if the movie starts a little late. :tearsofjoy: I work with server and audio stacks all day and uploading the movies into our mainframe and what not. *nods*

I work as a care assistant in a care home I work the night shift from 9pm to 8am between 4 and 6 nights a week
and I love my job

That sounds like a fun job. Do you get to see all the new movies for free?

Nice! I wish I could do that.

I'm currently in retail, with all the checks going into my projects. Next year, I will scale back on acquiring sites, and start investing in new startups and/or pre-existing companies.

Awesome job's everyone!

Quick funny story. This past Saturday, I went to the movies with some friends. We originally were going to watch races, but they were cancelled due to rain after getting there (45 minute drive). That's why we ended up at the movie theater. So we get up to our movie, and we wait for about an hour. Multiple people went down to complain, etc. We were told that a 'bulb' was out. We waited a little longer. Long story short ended up getting rain checks for another time. That night kind of sucks lol, but funny to look back on now.

Paramedic & State Water Rescue Team Diver

That's awesome! I have always wanted to become a Paramedic/ Fire fighter since I was a kid. I hope to possibly do it one day, if I do not pursue computer science / software development. Water rescue team seems interesting as well, how is that?

I've been working as a graphic designer in the print industry for a number of years. Studying programming atm. I was told that I will have an enviable skillset by the time I finish this uni course. I can live with that. XD

That's great! I dabbled with graphic design a few years ago. But I only mate GUI/ UI's, forum sigantures, and stuff like that. I am more of the programming type. What languages are you currently studying?

Mostly Java for the minute. I know a lot of people hate it, but the uni is using it as a sort of gateway for us to learn other languages. ^^

I'm a student and am not employed. Other than that I run my forum but that's it :/
