What makes you recover from stress?

Stress management is very good for becoming healthier and in good condition. When it comes to becoming better at stress management, are there basic things that you apply in managing stress?
 
Music will always help me if I'm feeling a little stressed about something. Different types of music can put me into certain mindsets, whether it's get ready to fight back (heavy metal) or pop songs for waiting for something to happen, or more calmer music for emergencies.
 
Zoloft helps to manage the anxiety, family time helps with the stress management.
 
Listening to music and playing video games really helps with stress. I also like watching tv as well.
 
I'll pick up a guitar and if that doesn't work I'll go for a jog along the beach and listen to music.
 
Sleeping and listening to music in a calm place helps a lot when it comes to stress management. Also, I will also see some movies too.
 
A good nap does it for me. No matter how stressed I am, if I get to take a nap in a comfortable, cozy place, the stress goes down.

Sleep is the key. When I'm stressed out, the minute I sleep and wake up, I'll feel brand new.
