What scents do you find to be calming?

I find Vanilla calming but not too strong.

When it comes to scents I have always found either lavender or vanilla to be calming. Lavender is probably the one I find the most calming though and I do have that in a pillow spray and also in a temple rub as well to help me relax.

Lavender is one of my favorites too! I like using soaps with that scent.

I don't so much use soap with the lavender scent but I do have a shower gel that is lavender and is also a relaxing shower gel as well that really helps when I go for a shower 🙂

I like the smell of cedar. It's calming. My grandparents house was built from cedar. It reminds me of my childhood.

The lavender in Masculin Pluriel really calms me down. If anybody knows similar lavender scents then please mention them. I find the body shop white musk also calming, sadly it doesn't last long though.

Haha! I have to agree with you on the last part, that is definitely not a calming smell or a smell anyone wants to have to deal with LOL

I remember getting white musk from the body shop years ago and it was nice and also calming as well. I haven't been to the body shop in a long while though so not sure if they still do it.
