What software or set of software suits my plan?

Hi, if I wanna make a website with free and premium membership services, and also providing some general information in articles, links etc. in the website, along with some search boxes, live chat service, tutorial or course service, online booking service (automatic and manual), through paypal and visa or master card. What kind of software or set of software are suitable (e.g. WHMCS)? I would buy the host and domain register in same website. Please give me some idea? Thanks!
