The light theme. Dark themes are usually unfriendly and ugly, so you'll actually keep people off the forums, if they don't like the 'feel' of it. A nice light theme is always better, since it's easier to look at and looks more enticing.

seems orange.won 5 to 2 , i prefer orange aswell. it also has some nice css rollover.
