I agree. I run one forum of my own, and am staff at two others, but thankfully the two others are just moderator. I really prefer being the administrator of my own site, but if there is someone that is in desperate need of help at another forum, I will definetly set my site aside in order to help them.

I'm a Global Moderator on one board, and I administrate my own roleplaying board as well. In the past I've been almost every type of staff member, from moderator of a lowly sub-board tucked away in the back of an off-topic board to right hand to the lead admin to simple advertiser to head of "creative development" (which meant I got to boss around a lot of graphics developers and such 😛).
