I would probably say the OS since I dont really care much about anything else but the latest, greatest and coolest fetures to date.

I would say Price since I can't afford most of the expensive phones like the iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, or Blackberry Torch.

For me it would be how well the speaker works (my first 2 phones had crappy speakers when it came to calling someone) and whether it has a full qwerty keyboard.

My phone has no keyboard what so ever, touchscreen works perfectly fine. I've got a slightly older android lying around with a full querty keyboard that might have been a bit quicker with texting but eh this phone is way better than that one, and I would still need to unlock that phone from verizon 😛.

I have bought so many phones (land based) that have broken in the first week or so that I just want a phone that works well 🙂

That it functions decently as a PHONE (calling/texting) and that it has enough games available to keep me busy during history class.
