Where are forum staff meetings held?

For now all my staff meetings are held on skype. But I will divide it into smaller groups on forums and sites when my network grows bigger 😀

You could hold a forum staff meeting on a private thread in the staff subforum. The disadvantage of that is how the members would have to reload the page to see new posts. Another option is to hold the forum staff meeting on a chat box which allows for immediate feedback from all participants. Or, maybe even host a staff meeting on Facebook via chat. Where do you host your forum staff meetings?

I really generally do not have a meeting. I post what I need done for the week in the staff room and have a general staff chat thread.

Nothing specific though due to time zones etc.
