.com .net .org .co.
Those I prefer to visit but I don't mind going on other domains.

.com, .net, .org, .ca (canada), .co.uk, .tv, and .me are all TLD I would consider if I was making a new website.

.com, .co.uk for developing

would still go for a really good .net or .org though
.eu is also developing.. for pan-European sites.

.com, .net, .org, .in are the best.

Never use .co, because most of the times, your visitors will read it as .com which might lead them to another site.

For me.

.com .net and .org are the most important at this time.

Yeah, that is a problem, unless you can get the same .com as the .co. Then you'd be good whether they forgot to type the M or typed com instead of .co

But I usually only try to go for .com, but if there's good .net, .co, etc I'd go for them as well. And especially if I'm looking for short domains, I'll use whatever fits the word/need. ie - youtu.be, goo.gl, etc.
