I feel like every year is the new worst one. 😀

I'm going to say when my daughter got hit by a car while running for cross country and then was hospitalized for her eating disorder. That was a very bad year.

The worst year of my life is the year that I lost my aunt. She was my favorite aunt and one that believed so much in me. It was really painful to lose her and I spent the whole year sober. That was 2018.

The worst period of my life was from mid 2010 to early 2011. It was genuinely one of the hardest stretches I have ever been through..

2025 as I lost both my uncle in November and then my grandpa in December. 😭

2017 was absolutely terrible. So was 2024, back in 2017 I almost lost my wife. She wasn't doing well mentally at all, she had to be admitted to a mental hospital. She was in there for a week, and got out on her birthday. I feel terrible since I feel like I could have been a better boyfriend (we weren't married yet.) I know it's not my fault, she has depression and anxiety. But it's hard not to think about what I could have done so she wouldn't got to the point she did. She's doing better now, but she almost slipped back into that mental headspace recently but thankfully realized what was going on and she got her medication adjusted. In 2024 we lost our cat Gizmo, shortly after a tree fell on our house. Then my Uncle Jr. passed away in June, and then I lost my Uncle Chris later on in the year.

My worse day still remains the day I lost my mum. It was one really gloomy day. For months I couldn't function well. But it's good that I can move on now though sometimes I feel really down but life goes on.

The worst day of my life is when I lost a big contract that was bound to take my business to another level. I was the front runner to get that contract, but very small details stood against me and I lost it.

With the world as it it nowdays, I think most of us are having a bad life outcome now than 10 years ago.
