Would you rather die in 20 years with no regrets or live to 100 with a lot of regrets?
Toughie! I will pick die in 20 years without regrets. Living to 100 but having those regrets would diminish my quality of life.

I think there are always some types of regrets no matter what, but I also wouldn't want to live to 100 if I had poor health. I'm not sure either is a win win situation.
