Would you rather live in a home with no electricity or in a home with no running water?
No running water. It’d be a pain to get it from the well but I’d rather have electricity for heating & cooling.
Yeah, I can't do without electricity. Though I can't imagine living without running water either. Luckily, I don't have to choose IRL. If I did, I'd buy drinking water and shower at the gym. LOL
We used to live in an apartment complex and one of the other tenants was from Vietnam (Not sure if they do this there or if it was just her) but she didn't have any power and was quite happy living that way.
When I was 15, I went with my step father and I stayed in a log cabin he built so he could hunt during deer season. It didn't have electricity or running water. It was cold out so he had a propane heater hooked up and I remember reading a book or sleeping until he came back.
Easy, with no water and to my truths of all things I have definitely experience it in my life as to not having any water but from the big tank outside for five years the the country side
