Would you rather use a gas or electric stove?

Going from the grill idea. We prefer electric to run our appliances. Never cared for 'cooking with gas' lol

In my experience gas cooker is really faster than electric stove, but maybe you have a different experience.

I prefer gas over electric for my oven/range. We had an electric range when we rented an apartment for 3 months before buying our house and it was an awful experience because none of my recipes worked out right. The electric stove top was too hard to control compared to a gas one.

Hands down gas. I can control the level of heat more quickly and easily with a gas stove by turning the flame up or down.
