Would you rather work alongside Dwight Schrute or Homer Simpson?

For those who don’t know. Dwight Schrute is in The Office while Homer Simpson is in The Simpsons. I would opt for Homer Simpson. He’s annoying but I’m used to that show so know what to expect at least.
