It's just for one of the high quality products. Would you want to by 2000 USD for it?
Claraviolet spent them for one of her BJDs and I was shocked to know that at first.

What the...
Those dolls are really cool ya know . How could you even think about selling them?

If you think about it we all have 😛 I spent that good amount of money on my Gaming Desktop rig. If you look at all my tech on my desk it's worth well over that. Plus if you think about it also that we all might run a hobby website and those that use paid forum software or have a VPS server has paid well over that about of money in the last good five years.

I spent way too much for flight sims XD Not just hardware but software. That's is the space of around six years.

I've spent way over that just in the last year lmao
$4000 gaming rig that i barely use
XBOX series x
between Xenforo and IPB license's and mods/addons

My hobby is buying vintage stringed instruments, restoring and reselling them, if I can bear to part with them. I keep a ledger to ensure that I at least break even but as the majority of what I buy is sight unseen it can be a bit of a gamble.

The most I've spent on any instrument by far is $26,000 on a 1963 Fender Stratocaster (the holy grail of Fenders) which sadly I couldn't afford to keep but I did make a decent profit on it.

I'm currently restoring a 1928 Martin Tiple/ukulele cousin which I imported for around $500. While I probably could make a small profit on it I think I'll keep it at least for a while because something so old that still plays as good or better than the day it was made is something that I'd find hard to part with.

So in short, yes, I would and have spent ridiculous amounts of money on my hobby and I consider myself lucky to be able to do so.

I'm a Ham Radio Operator and some of the Radio's and other equipment are well over the $2,000.00 mark.

It's a long story but basically I tricked ibuypower into selling me a 3090 for retail price 🤣🤣🤣

My workhorse PC is old (to old to run Windows 11) and held together with duct tape but it's still holds its own against a new mid range PC. The only thing I've replaced during its lifetime is a PSU fan, a couple of case fans and the GPU.

It needs replacing but the current cost of decent graphics cards is ridiculous, more than I paid for the component parts of my PC so I'll just keep adding more duct tape as necessary for now 😀

Smart, I mean I do anything to trick and get things at a lower price point ;P

One day the duct tape won't work. Plus it is hard to get hold of and GPU even on the second market. On that note, they are talking about RTX 4000 series already that you can't get your hands on Xd

I have an OLD GTX 680 as my backup Xd

I would love to have $2000 to spend on my hobby. To have that much to be able to spend on reading and literature would be awesome. Of course, if I had that kind of money, I'd spend some of that on my blog as well so that I could turn that into a way to make money.

I'd love to have someone give me $2,000 to spend on my hobbies!! I think the first thing I'd do is get my flute cleaned, tuned and repadded. I miss playing it. Then I'd spend a lot on yarn and maybe even some fabrics.

I've turned my hiking hobby into a local influencer brand. I've spent at least $15,000 on it within the past 5-years, maybe more.

I have about $8,000 in camera and video gear. Who knows how much gas I have used.

I've made no where near that in return BUT I am starting to make some back. 🙂 That's a nice feeling, too!

I like digital art products. A dream would be having tons of money to buy that stuff. I'm a 3D model maker's best friend, lol.

Blender 3D is free. I imagine you've heard of it.

Anyways for me, I spent maybe $800 just on my laptop and that's the most I've spent on one thing. I suppose you could say I'd be willing to spend $2000 over the course of time on my hobby but if it was a gift and I had to use it all at once I'd say I'd want a shed that doubles as a recording room and start from there and have the rest in FL Studio. If that's expensive I'd put it into my gaming hobby for a webcam and mic and the rest into paying the Wifi utility. I rarely know what I want but the more money I have I can decide better.
