1) For The Service Sections how did you go about staffing them in the past? Did you pay users to fill those spots? Are There Any Staff Currently On The site that will stay on and fill those roles?
2) Are You Willing To Offer Any Support After The Sale... possibly staying on for something like 30 days and helping with the transition and any questions the new owner may have.
3) Is the site eligible to display google adsense?
4) Are any custom mods included with the sale, like the post ratings add on included with the sale?

I would contact members on sites like this one and have them come over to staff the sections. At the moment we are lacking in service staff. No, I did not have the income to pay people, however I'm sure that would be pretty popular and appealing if you offered that.BenMan said:

Absolutely. All you have to do is add it to your account, and put an ad in one of the built-in ad spaces 🙂
The only custom mod I am allowed to re-distribute is the modification made by ShadyX for our services. And he will have to confirm whether or not you will have exclusive rights to that(would be extra).
Per the post ratings mod page:
"You may not redistribute this addon. Anyone caught doing so (there have been several) will no longer receive updates and will be permanently banned from purchasing any of my addons. Your details will also be passed on to other addon developers."

Regarding the post ratings, would it be considered "redistributing" if you simply left the add on on the forum, leave the files in the directory, etc.? To me, redistributing would mean selling or directly giving away the add on. The mod would still be only used once, and since it was paid for once, I don't see a problem. I'm sure the creator would work with you if you talked to them, as well (opposed to just doing it behind their back).
