First Impressions & Appearance
When I first got to the website, my eyes played dancefully around the page. I love the color scheme of the website, it really sets the mood for a general discussion community. Good job there. Another thing I really enjoy is the latest posts section and the collapsable categories.
I like the consistency of colors, no out line content from what I can see thus far. You have a nice clean layout, that's a plus. It's easy to find the area to register or login, that's good. I don't see an errors, the website seems to be running smoothly. Good job.

Site Layout
The site's layout is surpisingly nice. It's easy to find the login, logout, and register areas. The forum listing is easy to read and nicely padded. I like that. Your latest post update bar is nicely placed, and I like the fact that it can be collapsed. That brings me to the forum collapsing.
That's really nice to. Good job. Okay, yeah, here's the bad part. Your logo is way to big for comfort from my point of view. It should be a bit smaller and easier to make out. Your logo reminds me of, per se a gaming forum, until I read 'A GENERAL DISCUSSION FORUM'.

Statistics and Activity
For two months of being open 206 threads, 349 posts, 19 members, and 16 of those members being active is OK, it's not great, but it's OK. You could use some more work though. By the math that's 12 threads per person, and 21 posts per person, although that's not true because no forum truly follows that way of working.
For two months, your activity is fine, it can be improved, but that will only time can tell us this. A way to improve this could be, per se, launching a contest to get your members posting some more, rather than having you being the only one with over 100 posts from what I can see.

Staff Moderation
You have one staff with 16 members. Not bad at all. I would suggest having a moderator to moderate the forum while you cannot (A moderator with a different timezone than you.), but that's just a suggestion. Otherwise your staff moderation seems just fine for the moment. Great job.

Here's the annoying part where you look are your forum and say, "Oh well, it's perfect in my eyes, let's see what this jerk has to say about it", but I highly recommend you change a few of these.
