It's received a free 255 day extension.
The license is a lifetime license (never expires).
Support and updates included until Sept 2014. 🙂
That's "longer" than if you buy a license today. 😎

License will be transferred to buyer after purchase.
Or you could buy a new one from XenForo for $140,
But it'll only be valid until April/May 2014 (one year).

and what about a BIN price?

keeping in mind, you may have an extended license, but everyone who owned one has got theirs extended. Plus if someone where to buy a brand new one they could sell it again if they no longer need it. If they buy second hand, you are no longer able to sell it.
