So who ever get's it has to do a conversion with the database to a different software if you don't have IPB. (just stating a fact not trying to be mean about it)
 
There's a lot of sources out there to get it converted. But yes, if you do not have IPB board, you will have to convert it.
 
I wish to keep my IPB board license key as I may use it later on and do not wish to pay $145 for another.
