I can't believe PayPal put that limited access crap on my account, when I tryed to put some money in from a non-reloadable vanilla visa card and now all of a sudden, they are asking for a driver's license and crap like that! And I only created that account to transfer some cash made on NeoBux to buy a domain and such, plus I'm only 15!

Could someone help me out with this?

Yea, I hate Paypal - they only accept credit cards which are all 18+ (im 18 but without monthly income) -.-
GoDaddy should add debit card method. I asked them about it and they said that it's better for ALL if we accept credit cards only...

Well, I'm asking how to get this "limited access" crap off my account.

Does GoDaddy except other things besides paypal?

For proof of address use bank statement they just freezed my account and uploaded the statement in around 6hours my account was restored

Godaddy do allow you to use your credit card

I don't have a bank statement and I'm only 15.
and I don't know what will happen if I enter in fake info..

Well, I'm guessing I can't restore my account, because I don't have a bank statement, because I am 15, not 18

If you are 15 then you shouldn't have a PayPal account anyway so you get what you deserve.

You can use debit cards, they are the same as a credit card, just use the credit card option.

Now what I used on my paypal account that screwed it up was a
"Non-reloadable vanilla visa gift card", you know, those gift cards you see at walmart sometimes.

^
Well the vanilla visa card had only 10.00 dollars left on it and since it takes a long while to make enough money on NeoBux, I tried using one of the vanilla visa cards to put some money in my paypal account quickly, I entered in the info, but never transferred any money and now, PayPal is asking me for crap like a bank statement or a photo ID and they put the limited access crap on my account.

Well, We just opened a business account 🙂
and what's the use of posting about that?

First, as fowler said, paypal is not meant for people under 18. There is no clause in their ToS that says "Oh, and if you are under 18 but trying to get a domain for your site, it's ok, no problem".

If you put fake info in, you're not getting it back. If you put real info in, you shouldn't have a problem. One way to remove the limit is when they send a letter to your house (requires a real address) with a number on it, which you enter into the account. However, I do not know if this will totally remove the limit. Login to your paypal account then look at the prompts on the right, there could be a "Confirm location" prompt that you could use.

and since I have no money in my paypal account, I guess I'm never getting a domain.. shit..

Get your parents to use their credit card to buy you a domain. Simple as that.

I'm not doing that, my mom would never buy something like that.

Wait till you 18, or perhaps read some money making blogs.
Well people keep suggesting to me, "Your forum won't succeed unless you have a TLD domain" and that's what I WAS going to use my paypal account for, along with making a little cash on NeoBux.

Why wouldn't your mom buy you a domain? If you give her the cash and just use her card it's no big deal.

Why not? It is not like it is going to cost her lot of money, after all it is only $10 a year.
