Fowler is right. Also if they find out your not over 18, they'll probably deactivate your account and ban your name from signing up either temporary (until you reach 18) or permanently.

I had same issue before and they are really worst to deal with when you are in this situation!

There is no other solution with you other than sending your ID proofs or address proofs!

Even this will take time to get reviews done!

Paypal is not bad to deal with. They are a reputable company. They banned you for a very legitimate reason. To put it simple, you deserved it.

You could try going out and earning some money, then buying an American Express/Visa gift card, and using that to pay. Or you could just give your mom money and tell her you want to buy a website domain.

I'm not quite understanding what you were trying here originally though... did you just think you could sign up for paypal and then after that there's a magical source of unlimited money in the account and you can buy whatever you want?

They banned you for a very good reason, whether it seems fair or not. Paypal is a great company, and if they find out they have minors on their site and do nothing about it...they get into SERIOUS trouble. (For one, those under 18 aren't allowed to enter into legal contract. And most every transaction that goes on at Paypal involves legal contract in some way or another)

Like Irviding said. Give your mother or father some cash and have them purchase your domain for you, or go get a Gift/Express Card. Can't whine at Paypal for enforcing the law. 😉
