Well, I'd like to ask advice from my online friends, when I have stress or depression relapses, I use aroma therapy to handle it effectively. I use " Blue Lavende's" camomile and lavender fragrances because I can remind myself that life is good and life is enjoyable. Have you used aroma therapy personally, and what scents do you enjoy?
I use essential oils & hydrosols quite often. Lavender is quite calming for most people. Chamomile, Petitgrain, Ylang Ylang are some other ones. I personally find sweet orange calming, more than lavender.
