I think it really needs a new theme. I don't think the theme looks all that good for your forum. Also the buy this link thing by the banner should be removed until someone requests it as it really looks terrible there.

Do some optimizing for the search engines.
I love the header.

Your logo looks grainy. Maybe you want to redo the logo (the design itself is nice though).
