Your views on the word "Netizen"=( Internet+Citizen)?

I'm not a really big fan of the word Netizen since it sounds like those weird celebrity couple names like Brangelina = Brad Pitt + Angelina Jolie.

I prefer the terms like Web/Internet/Net surfer, Internet User, Visitors, cybercitizen, cybernaut, cybersurfer, Internet Browser, browsers.

I notice mostly Korean, Chinese, and Japanese sites used the word Netizen, and not use much on Western websites and media.

Western websites and media tend to use more specific terms like Blogger, Vloggers, Youtuber, Forumer, and Social Media user.

It is not very catchy and I would never use that word when describing myself, sounds German..
